Leapin' Lindy
Leapin’ Lindy is your chance to dance in a UNESCO World Heritage Site! Bern is the capital of Switzerland but nevertheless a very laid back and small city with a beautiful old town surrounded by the river Aare. Everything is located very centrally and you can easily spend a few days visiting museums and historic sites, if dancing isn’t your only mission in life.
Bern’s swing scene is a community loosely connected by the local association called Swingmachine. Swing dancers of every age dance to every song with a groove. There are (more or less) active scenes for Lindy Hop, Balboa, Blues, Authentic Jazz, Collegiate Shag and Boogie Woogie.
